CLOTHING:

Because of space limitations, ECHO only keeps a small inventory of clothes for client’s immediate needs. The majority of clothes donated to us are passed on to Goodwill who in turn, gives us clothing vouchers according to the weight of the bags of clothes we give to them. This partnership has been very beneficial to us as it helps our clients be able to select what they need  (size and season) and eliminates the need for us to keep a large inventory of clothes on hand. It is especially helpful when clients are going to job interviews.

FOOD, HYGIENE, BABY ITEMS, HOUSEHOLD GOODS, AND CLOTHING MAY BE DROPPED OFF AT OUR OFFICE AT 1707 S. GADSDEN DURING OFFICE HOURS.

Other ways to help:

  • Please join iGive.com and help ECHO with every purchase you make. Each time you buy a new CD, the latest bestseller, essentials like toothpaste or vitamins, even a computer you can help giving back to ECHO. You can shop at one of the 240 plus name-brand stores in the Mall at iGive.com, we’ll receive a donation of up to 26% of each purchase you make, at no cost to you.
  • Planned Giving – A common misconception is that you need to possess a large estate, in order to utilize planned giving strategies, or that you will deprive family members or other charities in order to do so. This is not the case. You can choose a gift in proportion to your means and priorities, just as you may already do when you make a monthly or annual gift to ECHO. Call us today to discuss further.
